La Cabaña offers a warm and stylish setting in a spacious mezzanine eatery showcasing Lombok’s traditional “alang-alang” thatched roof design which is meticulously crafted from bamboo and natural wood and stonework. The handwoven lighting accents exude a romantic feel and it features prominent artwork. The well-appointed layout creates an expansive dining space that never feels crowded – perfect for a romantic meal for two or a gregarious evening sharing tapas plates among a group of friends.

There is a well-defined culinary ethos at La Cabaña that champions innovative techniques using the best seasonal and organic locally sourced produce. The result is an array of Spanish inspired dishes presented with flair, alongside well-loved Indonesian classics with a contemporary spin.

Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, the restaurant kicks off with breakfast (available all day), and serves up lunch, tapas and snacks and sundowners, before finishing with evening dinner.

Unsurprisingly, the tapas selections are extensive, ranging from tortilla, Andalucian calamari and octopus. There are also traditional gazpacho and a platter of Spanish cured meats too. Perfect for a convivial group to share. The array of Paella options is equally as comprehensive.

The menu has a host of lazy lunch comfort food options, such as wraps and sandwiches, stacked burgers, crispy chicken and grilled teriyaki tuna. The signature dishes include Tuna Tataki and classic Filet Mignon.

Classic Indonesia ranges from Nasi Goreng to yellow curry and perennial favourite Beef Rendang. Dessert lovers are well catered for, with classic apple crumble or homemade brownies just two of the options.
