Chef Almatino - Tampah Hills

Almatino, or ‘Tino’ has loved cooking since he was a child. He remembers making nasi goreng (fried rice) from an early age and he was far more interested in food than he was in traditional school subjects. His mother recognised this and, as he extended his cooking skills, she encouraged him to become a chef. Tino spoke with MyLombok recently and talked about his career in food.
